The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Reservation Policy

Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation.

When you join us on the land you recognize that there are inherent risks to being in the wilderness and to retreating in simple, rustic cabins. It is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions and use wise judgment while in the cabins and on the land.

The cabins and land have been tended and held as sacred space for over three decades to serve those seeking healing, wholeness, and LOVE. We hope you will join us in honoring the cabins and land by relating to them in a thoughtful and respectful way. The land has been enjoyed as an eco-spiritual retreat center for over 40 years.

Please use the “Wilderness Ethic” and pack out what you pack in. Also, please leave behind what belongs here, in the cabins and on the land, to honor the experience of those who will come after you in seeking our resources for their journey.

Please be aware that there are no heated shower facilities in the cabins as you make your plans to visit.

When making your reservation you, the guest(s), hereby agree that Air & Sun Acres LLC and its owners, officers, directors, representatives, employees, and successors shall not be responsible for any injury to the property or person of any individual, adult or child, in your group during the rental dates described on the contract. Guests agree to hold Air & Sun Acres LLC and its owners, officers, directors, representatives, employees, and successors harmless and indemnified from any claim or loss arising out of injury to person or property during your stay at Air & Sun Acres LLC. Guests acknowledge to use the land and trails at their own risk.

Guests agree to keep the property of Air & Sun Acres LLC in either equal or better condition than they were at the commencement of the rental and return the cabin in such condition upon your departure. Please notify us immediately if anything is accidentally damaged or broken during your stay. Staff performs a walk-through of all properties and rental areas prior to and immediately after each rental. Damage fees for any damages found will be the responsibility of the guest, and you will be notified of damages and fees within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund up to 14 days before arrival

50% refund up to 7 days before arrival

Unless otherwise stated, Air and Sun Acres and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Air and Sun Acres.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Air and Sun Acres for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Sell, rent or sub-license material from Air and Sun Acres
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Air and Sun Acres

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
